What does my event get?

A branded microsite where every guest finds themselves and sees the few businesses they should care about at this event — along with the people from those businesses present in the room. Each match comes with a tailored, written explanation. Plus a searchable directory and a memory of saved contacts that stays with each attendee after the event.

How does the matching actually work?

We collect each guest’s name, company, and company website. We read the public context of each business (services, story, who they sell to), construct a private graph of companies and industries, and let AI evaluate every possible business pairing. The companies each guest should care about most surface to the top, along with the people from those companies present at the event. Every match is accompanied by a tailored, written explanation.

Do attendees need to download anything?

No. The microsite is a private link. Attendees find themselves on the guest list, confirm, and they’re in. Saved to their device only — no account, no app.

How long does setup take?

About MeetVector

MeetVector is event-intelligence software built in Jacksonville, Florida. It is designed for organizers of private business events who care about the quality of conversations in the room, not the number of business cards exchanged afterward.

For every guest on the list the product reads the business behind them — the company name, the website, the public context (services, story, who they sell to, what they’re building) — and constructs a private network of companies, industries, and the relationships between them. AI evaluates every possible business pairing across hundreds of signals, surfaces the companies each guest should care about most, and names the people from those companies who will be present at the event. Every match is accompanied by a tailored, written explanation generated per pair.

When several attendees represent the same business, the match logic accounts for that: a single matched company can surface multiple people from it at the event, and the explanation reflects the relationship between the two organizations.

Each event gets its own microsite at a private URL. There are no accounts, no app downloads, and no data sold to third parties. Attendees find themselves on the guest list, confirm their identity, and immediately see their matches and a searchable directory of the room. The microsite remains accessible after the event, with saved contacts persisting on each attendee’s device.

MeetVector differs from networking apps such as Brella, Grip, or Swapcard in two specific ways. First, the matching is curated by AI in advance against business context, not generated reactively from in-app messaging behavior. Second, the experience is delivered as a one-link microsite rather than as a downloadable app — so adoption at the event is near-universal because no install is required.

The product is partnered with JAX Business Calendar, the established Jacksonville business event hub. Every MeetVector microsite includes a back-link to the calendar so the community of an event continues meeting after the room clears.

Match: A recommended pairing surfaced for one guest. Built from a company-to-company relationship the algorithm believes should connect, with the people from each company who are present at the event named on the match. Scored by AI and accompanied by a tailored, written explanation.
Microsite: The private, branded web page generated for one event. Every attendee accesses the same URL; what they see is personalized after they confirm their identity.
Explanation: The tailored, written rationale for one match — generated per pair by a language model from the public business context of both companies.
Network: The private graph of guests, the businesses behind them, and the industry relationships between those businesses — constructed before the event from the guest list and public website signals.
Room: A single event instance. Each room is private to its attendees; matches and directory data do not cross between rooms.
