Case study
One mixer. 199 introductions worth making.
PandaTech hosted Third Thursday Insights at TopGolf Jacksonville on 16 April 2026. Theme: using the right tech to grow your business. MeetVector read every company in the room before the doors opened and handed each guest a short list of businesses they should care about — with the people from those businesses who were present, and a written line on why.
- Attendees: 63
- Companies: 56
- Industries: 30
- Match pairs: 199
- Top match: 71%
- Pipeline: ~42 min
The guest list was 65 contact-list rows. After dedup that became 57 unique companies and 63 attendees. 55 of 57 company websites were scraped. Every company was enriched. 199 unique match pairs were written — not the 205 that appears in an earlier organizer-brief draft. The pipeline ran in about 42 minutes at roughly $1.25 in model cost.
The room skewed small: 33 small businesses (59%) and 17 startups (30%), with a handful of mid-market and large firms. Professional services and consulting clustered densely; technology was strong given the theme (managed IT, cybersecurity, AI, MarTech); real estate and finance showed up as a full support ecosystem around those operators.
The strongest pairing in the room was JAX Business Calendar and JAX Chamber at 71%. That is a company-to-company score, not a popularity contest — two organizations serving the same Jacksonville business community through events.
MeetVector shipped a private microsite for the night. No app. No account. The microsite is still up at tti-apr26.meetvector.ai.

What did MeetVector actually deliver?
A branded microsite where each guest could find themselves and see the companies they should care about at that event, the people from those companies in the room, and a written explanation per match — plus a searchable directory of the 63 attendees.
Are these numbers from the live product or from marketing copy?
From the pipeline run of 13–14 April 2026. Attendees 63, companies 56 matched, 199 unique pairs, 71% top score. The organizer brief’s prose once said 205 pairs; the match file and processing log both say 199. We use 199.
